To obtain a good position in a country or a region you must be wise at the very beginning of your engineering degree. Study the industries in the country and follow subjects which support problem solving in those industries. Do final year project according to the requirements of the industries presence.
Economy of Vietnam is basically an agricultural and foreign investment based one. So better to study the types of foreign investment in Vietnam and you must follow subjects according to requirement of those industries.
There are lot of apparel industries as investment in Vietnam and better to scope on waste water treatment, textile dyes, polymer applications and relevant chemical engineering scopes in textile industry
