Become a Presenter at the All Renewable Energy Event

RETECH 2010 will offer an exciting, high-level, comprehensive Conference Program of speakers from every aspect of renewable energy technology, industry, market, finance, and policy. RETECH 2010, the first all-renewables event in 2010, will feature key leaders who will be addressing global issues and perspectives that impact our industry. We welcome industry leaders, ACORE Members, current exhibitors and sponsors, as well as delegates from all around the world, to nominate interested speakers.

The conference program will address several timely questions:

* What does it take to secure government and private capital financing for my renewable energy projects in 2010?
* What is the state and direction of renewable energy technologies, companies, and buyers?
* What is the outlook on public policy around the world, and here in the U.S. at federal and state levels?
* What are the key issues in the market today? How can they be resolved? What is your role in that process? Plus much more.

We welcome your participation at the Global Business Conference at RETECH 2010. Speakers for the RETECH 2010 Program will be selected by a program committee composed of approximately 25 renewable energy leaders from the technology, research, manufacturing, systems, and services sectors plus non-profit and government. This committee will develop the thematic areas of the program, and review all speaker submissions received by Wednesday, October 21, 2009.

RETECH Conference Overview

In preparation for RETECH 2010, we are delighted to announce that the following tracks will highlight over 160 speakers in 6 tracks and 35 sessions:


Track A: Strategic Issues Track


The Strategic Issues Track will analyze key challenges being faced by the renewable energy industry both in the United States and abroad. Session topics will include Transportation, National Security, Climate Change/Environment, Utility/Transmission, Energy Supply, Investment/Economic Development.


Track B: Industry Leadership/CEO Track


The Industry Leadership/CEO Track will highlight the top corporate CEOs, Chairmen, Presidents and additional industry leaders in the renewable energy industry who will give their outlook on the state of renewable energy trade, policy and finance, both on a domestic and global scale. Industry leaders will, in addition, speak to the innovative, comprehensive and entrepreneurial strategies behind the sustained growth of the renewable energy industry.


Track C: Federal Agencies Track


The Federal Agencies track will feature briefings from Government Agencies, Departments, and Programs that have been key players in working under the Obama Administration to assist in the development, financing and scale up of renewable energy.


Track D: State and Locals Track


The State and Local Government Agency track will feature briefings from the state and local level. Governors, Energy Advisors and other key players working with economic and renewable project development, industrials and job development.


Track E: International Track


The International Track will focus on the countries/regions that are moving renewable energy into the mainstream through national, sub-national, economic, political or trade mechanisms. Country briefings will be conducted by panels led by corporations and government leaders from China, Germany, India, Japan, Scandinavia (Denmark, Norway, Sweden), Spain, and the Commonwealth (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom).


Track F: University, Laboratory and R&D Track


The University, Laboratory, and R&D Track will cover important advances in research and development conducted by premier universities, laboratories and government programs that are aiding in the evolution of the technology behind the renewable energy revolution. Featured speakers will come from both US and International facilities and institutions of higher learning.

All submissions should

* Be objective and include practical and impartial information
* Highlight case studies that involve actual implementation
* Indicate the track most appropriate for the presentation
* Include information on presenter, such as a biography or curriculum vitae
* Be no more than 250 words in length
