Chemcad free for students

Many students try pirated softwares as they do not have enough resources to go for high profile industrial softwares. But in order to protect the sustainbility of the product owners users pay their contribution. So it is better to use free trial of the software can evaluate if it is suitable for your simulation purpose and if it is fits your requirement ask for grant from your university or a sponsoring company to buy it. I know some universities are wasting lot of money on unnecessary softwares and modules as authorities do not exactly know the requirement of students.

So rather going for torrents of commercial softwares their must be a sponsorships or grant schemes to fulfill student's software requirements.

Selectoxo process (Engelhard)

It is a process which reduce hydrogen consumption of the methanation system, as well as the inert gas content of the purified synthesis gas fed to the synthesis loop. After low-temperature shift conversion, the cooled raw gas is mixed with the stoichiometric quantity of air or oxygen needed to convert the carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide. The mixture is then passed through a precious-metal catalyst at 40 - 135 "C to accomplish this selective oxidation. The carbon dioxide formed by the Selectoxo reaction adds only slightly to the load on the downstream
carbon dioxide absorption system.
